- Salary from $125,693 to $138,510
About the role
- Leads a small project delivery team which focuses on the delivery of our maintenance program projects within Schools, Principals and external stakeholders servicing infrastructure and facilities management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Asset Service Officers
- Project manage and oversee the delivery of minor capital works and facilities management programs
- Provide operational input into the development of the annual capital works and facilities management programs.
- Develop local project management protocols to ensure an effective working relationship between all stakeholders

About you -
- You self-motivated team player with a passion for making a difference.
- You work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders easily
- You are experienced in project management and maintenance of asset related projects.
- You are a leader or capable of building and managing team effectively
- You have intermediate computer skills
- You have building industry experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the assigned AMU area.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
