- Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8 with salary ranging from $110,266 to $122,058+ super and annual leave loading

We are seeking an individual who has the drive to lead teams and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet set objectives. You will play a key role in delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management, to support timely and effective project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have:
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working on a range of different projects and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Persistence and determination
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience as construction project manager
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the assigned Asset Management region.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
