Information to assist you when applying for EOIs on SuccessFactors

What’s changed for Education support temporary opportunities (EOIs)?

As part of the transformation of our recruitment and onboarding services for Education support staff, Education support EOIs are now posted in SuccessFactors and accessible via an internal careers site.

You can still find EOIs via Staff Noticeboard Temporary opportunities (EOIs). However, when you select the Education support EOI, you will be taken to the internal careers site rather than viewing the role information on the intranet.

Applying for an Education support EOI

When you select ‘Apply now’ for an EOI, you will be taken to SuccessFactors to complete the application form. Some of your information will pre-populate based on your SuccessFactors employee profile, making it faster and easier to apply.

School-based staff will also be able to view Education support EOIs on Staff Noticeboard and the internal careers site.

If they want to apply, they will first need to request access to SuccessFactors. This can be done by logging a ticket with ServiceNow using the Technical Support query form and selecting SuccessFactors Technical Support > SuccessFactors Recruitment Technical Troubleshooting.

School-based staff applying for EOIs

School-based staff will need to raise a SuccessFactors Technical Support request and select Recruitment Technical Troubleshooting to request that a SuccessFactors profile be created. Once their profile has been created, employees will be able to login to SuccessFactors and apply for the temporary opportunity. School-based staff should not apply for roles at the department with their personal e-mail, as they would be considered an external applicant.
