About the role

 

The Coordinator Accounts Receivable role provides customer service and specialist support in a shared services environment. The role is responsible for effectively resolving internal and external customer enquiries as well as coordinating staff to efficiently deliver a range of Accounts Receivable activities. The responsibilities include:

 

  • Providing high-quality support to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing team activities, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service meets agreed KPIs.
  • Building strong customer relationships and collaborate with teams to improve service delivery.
  • Analysing systems and databases to generate accurate reports for staff, customers, and management.
  • Providing regular reports and feedback on team progress, issues, and business target achievement.

About you

  • Experience undertaking finance activities involving transaction processing including preparation and processing of journals.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a high-volume deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to supervise day-to-day work activities of the team
  • Experience in managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

 

Essential requirements of the role

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications Business Administration or a relevant/related discipline, and/or demonstrated successful experience in stakeholder/customer engagement in a Shared Services/Contact Centre environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

This option would allow the WWCC to naturally expire without further communication needed with the employee.
