As an Enterprise Architect Officer, you’ll support the design and delivery of technology solutions that align with our organisation’s strategic goals. Work closely with senior architects to translate business needs into solid architectural designs, document architectures, and ensure solutions conform to established frameworks and standards.

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business and technology requirements and translate them into actionable architectural designs.
  • Document architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices; contribute to architecture reviews and maintain repositories.
  • Assist in mapping current and target architectures, identifying gaps, and proposing secure, scalable solutions.
  • Support governance activities, ensuring solutions comply with frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; share insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality.

  • Foundational understanding of IT systems and architecture concepts.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
