- Located in Eveleigh with flexible working arrangements, requiring three days in the office and one day at the Botany warehouse
- Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading
About the role
The Product Administrator, based within Technology Enablement Services in the Operations Group, provides administrative and logistical support to the IT Directorate and directly contributes to delivering stem.T4L offerings to NSW public schools. The role ensures tasks are well-planned, executed, and communicated, supporting a high-performing, customer-focused team and driving continuous service improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the team and IT Directorate
- Coordinate documents, travel, meetings, and prepare reports and minutes
- Process financial tasks in SAP, including purchasing, requisitions, and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve filing, records, and ticketing systems for efficiency and compliance
- Deliver high-quality customer service and collaborate across teams

About you
You bring:
- Strong multitasking, organisation, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic SAP financial processes
- Experience with electronic document management systems
- Experience planning and managing staff travel arrangements
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
