  • Located in Eveleigh with flexible working arrangements, requiring three days in the office and one day at the Botany warehouse
  • Salary ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

 

 

About the role

 

The Product Manager, based within Technology Enablement Services in the Operations Group, is responsible for delivering the stem.T4L offering to NSW public schools. The role oversees product roadmap planning and development, procurement, vendor management, and reporting, and leads a small team to ensure effective execution and delivery of stem.T4L.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the stem.T4L product vision and strategy for NSW public schools
  • Drive the end-to-end product roadmap, from concept to rollout and retirement
  • Turn business needs into clear priorities and user stories, lead sprints for fast delivery
  • Lead procurement, vendors, and budgets; pinpoint savings and streamline processes
  • Manage stakeholders and cut through risks, issues, and dependencies to deliver outcomes

About you

 

You bring:

  • Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven experience across financial management, procurement, and vendor oversight
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of guiding teams to results
  • Hands-on experience delivering products or programs, including coordinating logistics
  • An understanding of cultural competency principles and their application in a diverse environment
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
