  • Salary from $73,522 to $79,931 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

 

 

About the role

 

The Customer Service Officer provides frontline support on apprenticeships, traineeships and vocational education and training programs, while delivering efficient administrative assistance to the Regional Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure efficient office operation through proactive administration support and effective resource coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer records inline with record management standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare quality ad accurate documents, including correspondence, briefings and reports.

About you

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

 

  • Proven ability to effectively navigate and excel in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Impeccable organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A solid background in customer service and administration.
  • Experience using record management system.

  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
