  • Support policy and program development activities
  • Coordinate administrative and reporting tasks
  • Collect and manage data to inform decisions
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor progress


This role sits within a supportive team that delivers policy and program initiatives aligned with departmental and government priorities.

As an Assistant Policy and Programs Delivery Officer, you will provide day-to-day support in coordinating tasks, managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. Your contribution will help ensure programs run efficiently and meet intended outcomes.

About you

  • Organised and confident in managing program support tasks
  • Skilled in data entry, record keeping, and reporting
  • Able to communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable following procedures and meeting deadlines
  • Willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
