About the role
As the Correspondence and Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing correspondence and records, ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and effectively. Your ability to liaise with stakeholders and provide high-quality administrative support will be key to our success.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Proven experience in administrative and correspondence management
- Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in technology applications and records management systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
