About the role

 

As the Lead Process Designer, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and service improvements. With a focus on customer experience, you will implement Business Process Management tools and human-centred design principles to deliver streamlined, user-friendly and fit-for-purpose process.

 

You will also:

 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and internal teams to develop quality processes and deliver process transformation.
  • Evaluate changes to processes effect on people, operations, technology and policy.
  • Drive continuous improvement through ongoing review and strengthen team capability through shared knowledge.
  • Collaborate on maintenance, quality assurance, and administrative tasks of the SAP Signavio BPM platform content

About you

 

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking self-starter with extensive experience in process design and improvement. The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

 

  • Strong expertise in business process management (BPM) and hands-on experience with BPM platforms.
  • Proven ability to map, design and refine business process to drive improvement and efficiency.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring and uplift capability across the business.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A modelling mindset, with understanding of and familiarity with graph-like relationship structures with a complex, multidimensional knowledge domain.
  • Ability to be an ‘Elevator’ thinker, relating objects and concepts across different levels of abstraction, analyse and translate relationships and dependencies between strategic, operational, and technical levels

 

Knowledge and experience

 

Essential requirements of the role

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
