- Salary ranges from $145,378 - $168,130 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
The Learning and Change Manager oversees communications, change management, and training initiatives to support the Data Analytics Business Unit in achieving its strategic and operational goals. This role supports a team delivering reporting to school users. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in data related training and communication to users
- Ability to translate technical concepts into easy to understand language
- Experience in working in Data Analytics and Insights teams
- Experience in training groups on PowerBI reports
- Experience in managing team social media platforms

About you
- Experience in managing the work of the Change Analyst, overseeing change activities to ensure timely delivery
- Experience in creating and maintaining and Data artefacts such as data glossaries, training material, media and other key artefacts, ensuring consistency and clarity in communications
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Tertiary qualifications related to change management, communication and training or equivalent experience.
- Valid Working with Children Check for paid employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
