About the role

 

As a Probity Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department’s commitment to child safety and integrity by ensuring the workforce remains compliant with employment screening requirements. This includes delivering high-volume pre-employment checks and ongoing screening services for staff, contractors, and volunteers. . You will also:

 

  • Accurately and efficiently manage high-volume of HR compliance services
  • Respond to enquiries in a contact-centre like environment and escalate complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with Department policies.
