- Salary: $156,309. Package includes salary ($125,693 - $138,510), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
The Senior Evaluator collects and analyses data to evaluate high profile departmental initiatives to help shape education programs and policies within the department.

About you
- Showing experience in completing advanced quantitative statistical analyses, e.g. multi-level modelling, multivariable and/or logistic regression, using data in practice.
- Demonstrated experience using statistical software packages (e.g. Stata, R, SPSS) in a research/evaluation context.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Tertiary qualifications in applied social sciences or a quantitative discipline, e.g. economics, psychology or sociology, and/or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
