  • $161,711 Package includes salary ($129,464 - $142,665), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

 

 

About the role

The Senior Project Officer leads the delivery of projects and programs under the NSW Digital Compact.  The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, disciplined project planning and agile delivery approaches to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented, risks are managed, and leadership has clear visibility of progress, impact, and outcomes.

About you

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Showing experience with developing and managing detailed project and program plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

As a condition of employment, successful candidates not currently employed by the Department must provide a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance number. Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
