About the role

The role provides administrative and support services to facilitate the delivery of early childhood commissioned programs in the Long Day Care Funding team, Sector Programs. 

Duties of this role include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries.
  • Data entry and data maintenance requiring familiarity and skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Facilitating team bookings
  • Other administrative tasks associated with the program.
  • help improve our processes by identifying new ways of doing things to support our customers
